Activision is a very successful company. They have achieved a lot.

i would never touch GH with a 10 foot pole, but that's just me.

"Activision loves to create games for everyone to enjoy. If you enjoy skateboarding, music gimmicks and basically anything else, Activision will not disappoint you...
That is how Activision=Win. It shows that no matter what the franchise is, you can always make a ton of money off it and be successful in the future."

you have an interesting take on the meaning of "win". do you mean Activision = win because they make a lot of money or because they've decided to take the old (2005-2007 EA) approach to gaming and just churn out stale crap year after year for the sake of making money from the brainwashed masses -- or both? and lastly what is the average age of your staff there?

They can do better like improving MW2 for PC!

And what was the point of that comment?

dkblackhawk506027d ago

Hmm, Activision Blizzard still doesn't sound that appealing.

"that deliver the best quality to all of the gamers around the globe"
Yeah.....no.
They deliver some of the lowest quality, and then market the heck out of it is what they do.

dkblackhawk506027d ago

One of the writers was addressing a point. Lots of people like games that Activision puts on the shelves. But you don't which is understandable.

HolyOrangeCows6027d ago

Yeah, yeah, hooray for quantity over quality.

I can't think of a quality series they put out. People like what Activition puts out because they don't know any better.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing33d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Tanktopmaster9233d ago

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit33d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing33d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9233d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
