Mass Effect 2: PAL Box Art unveiled?

EA has already released the NTSC Box Art for Mass Effect 2, but we just obtained what should be the PAL Box Art of the game. It isn't official yet, but we think it's very likely. As you can see, the new design is less "darker" than the NTSC counterpart: we definitely like it more.

hummmm
something is missing at the top of that boxart
i wonder what it is !!!

Well I think it's a given that it will arrive on PS3 sooner or later... I think their problem is porting the previous game first, and it could take some time.

wxer6033d ago

yah i think they are porting the first game with all the DLC
and the second game
and maybe add all the second's game DLC's as well
and put it in one disk

CrazyOrange6033d ago

they cant port the first game, its owned by MS, they will have to build it from scratch to release it on PS3

wxer6033d ago

@ ^
"its owned by MS"

no its not

nirwanda6033d ago

It depends on how the publishing contract was draw up for who owns the rights, nintendo make them water tight MS less so, or if EA bought the rights to the first game from MS as part of the bioware buyout

Saaking6033d ago

The first one is published by MS like Ninja Gaiden 2 (and see how that turned out). Pretty good boxart.

toaster6033d ago

Too bad this game will be superior on PC.

I definitely think Bioware should develop more games for PS3. After seeing the differences in Dragon Age between PS3 and 360 it should be a no brainer that they'll get a better game on PS3.

CrazyOrange6033d ago

Like i said, they couldnt port it, they built it from scratch

"It isn't official yet, but we think it's very likely." -Mondoxbox.com

With that said, wait for them to confirm the game for -Ps3 for Christ sake

OmarJA6033d ago

I bet the PS3's version cover will look much better.

Staircase6033d ago

Not a big fan of either of the box arts TBH. :(

I liked ME1's art much more.

Bro missing companions: Legion, Grunt, Samara/Morinth, Javik, EDI

anast528d ago

Legion, Zaeed, and Jack are my favorites.

RiseNShine528d ago

To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

anast528d ago

They lost too much talent.

IAMRealHooman528d ago

some in andromeda are decent, I agree with peebee and Vetra being good companions. Except Liam he's trash tier

anast527d ago

The 7 Best Western RPGs: Immersive Adventures

RPGs are often huge, sprawling endeavours. With limited playtime, we have to choose wisely, so here's the best western RPGs available today.

SimpleSlave776d ago

"I started playing games yesterday" the List... Meh!

How about a few RPGs that deserve some love instead?
1 - Alpha Protocol - Now on GOG
2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

And for a bonus game that flew under the radar:
8 - Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

DustMan776d ago

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave776d ago (Edited 776d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.
