ARS: Overall, playing Fairytale Fights was a bit of a letdown, because there were constant indications that it could have been a lot more fun if the developers had had some more time to tighten up certain mechanics and polish things a little more. It's not a great title by any stretch, but it's also not the worst you'll ever play. As it is, the game will likely provide fans of action/platformer titles with some entertainment, but this will only last a little while before it goes back on the shelf and sits there.
Nintendo Switch 2 code name, a massive Pokémon leak, Concord’s revival, and FOMO in collecting.
This week on the Game Deflators podcast, John and Ryan kick off the episode with a discussion about FOMO in game collecting and how it drives collectors to acquire new items they think they need. The guys discuss their own experiences and how they try to manage this urge to make more mindful collecting decisions.
Next, John and Ryan cover the latest updates on Concord, PlayStation’s live service that was recently pulled from sale. They’ll talk about the recent updates still happening on Steam and what they could mean for the game’s future. Additionally, the guys break down the recent Pokémon leaks, including leaked source codes, unused designs, and plans for upcoming titles.
Top cap off the episode, the Game Deflators discuss their experience with Fairytale Fights for the PS3. A gimmicky title with more blood and gore than you could imagine from little red riding hood; but is it still worth trying?
For co-op lovers, these games are all must-have experiences that will remind you of the glory days of gaming.

I have A LOT of games. They traverse all the generations that have been, and there are some gems in there that I’ve yet to play. Fairytale Fights happened to be one of those, I popped it into my Xbox 360 recently at the behest of a friend, and the first thing that entered my mind was “Da fuq am I playing?”
There's so many games out there that make you say this, I can't wait to find more of them!
