MACHINE Studios announced their first effort, Bittos+, an arcade puzzler coming soon for iPhone and WiiWare.

Just another day filled with boredom, not knowing what you want to do changing games every other minute… You pop in Tetris, Solitaire, Minesweeper, all the games you have played and mastered many times. The drag of just another ordinary day slipping by, well fear not, now there is Bittos+, a twist to the classic Tetris. With a style all its own, the creators of Bittos+ took an old, ordinary puzzle game and with some modification and innovations, made it their own.

Playing bittos+ is very straightforward. On the game's 10×10 grid, you place a series of blocks made of bits that will be familiar to anyone who has played Tetris. Create 2×2, 2×3 or 3×3 boxes out of these blocks of bits, called bittos, to begin a reaction that results in the bittos' explosion. It sounds a little awkward in words, but its quite simple in execution.
If one of your bittos leaves a lone bit behind, it solidifies into a red bit, which can only be removed from the gameboard by having a bittos explode adjacent to it. In later levels, the board begins littered with red bits, upping the challenge by leaving less room to begin creating your bittos.

From the review:
"Milo from the previous "Aha!" game plays a modest role in Hidden Object Game as he helps guide four alien siblings named Fafa, Peji, Rocko, and Taza through their adventure of finding things for humans to make them happy. It never made a whole lot of sense to me, but every game needs some kind of driving force, right? Besides, what's really important is how fun a game is. Unfortunately, there are issues in that department as well. The game should be fun, but poor execution gets in the way of much of the enjoyment."
For the record: if anyone ever runs into me on Uno online, I strongly suggest becoming my ally. Otherwise, you will suffer defeat.
