One of the most anticipated games of 2010 is Sega's Bayonetta, and luckily we have played the game and we are here to bring you our hands-on impression of the first two chapters. From the screenshots and trailers you have seen, you might assume that it plays like Devil May Cry. If you are a big fan of the Devil May Cry series, you will forget about Dante become obsessed with Bayonetta.
Set to release in January 2010 in both North America and Europe, Bayonetta is looking to be one of the best games first quarter games. With that said, let's take a look of the main highlights of the game...

I could definitely see a Bayonetta/Dante game. Imagine them initially battling each other before eventually teaming up to take on the big baddies. Now, imagine what their child(ren) would be like.
Bayonetta and Dante I could see but even then with how their lore differs it's a hard sell. For the others...I just can't see it at all.
I feel he's just saying whatever comes to him online
Bayonetta is a witch who enter contracts with demons for power and Dante is a demon, not really hard to connect.
They could even write in an alliance between the umbra witches and sparda.
On the surface yeah but the actual lore the two games have given us if you go into it...not so much.
She also played Chun-Li and Major from Ghost in the Shell
oh shit, i did know that the Major voice actress passed away but i didnt know she voiced bayonetta too

Major is definitely one of my all time favourite anime characters so this is really sad
The creator of the Bayonetta franchise Hideki Kamiya appeared in an interview and discussed the plans for the future of the series.
The demo was pretty cool, but I'm not completely sold yet. I think I'll wait for some reviews.
