GeneralGames: Hammerfight: Review

As a concept Hammerfight is sound, it's in the application that it loses it's feet. Between the evil camera and the either broken English or just plain broken calibration tools the game is nearly unplayable. It's a shame, considering the game's aesthetic is so appealing and the potential for a truly unique experience is present.

Perhaps an update is coming to fix all the issues, but until then Hammerfight is not an easy title to recommend. Masochists who are willing to put up with the flaws can enjoy the visual world KranX has created, but for the rest of the world Hammerfight shall stay on the shelf.
