Well a lot of them reviewers don't even play the game through really. They do a few levels and then make their reviews. Pretty pathetic, but its a race against other reviewers to get theirs out first. Sad, but true.

I think this is a good idea. They can review gameplay, story, all of it, but just not the ending, nothing can be spoiled or leaked.

I think to get a review of a product the reviewer needs to see the entire thing. Especially when the ending is fundamental to the story.

You couldn't test drive a car with no wheels, so why take away the ending. If the ending is terrible i would like to know before purchase so i don't invest and waist to much of my time to be disappointed. where as if its a good ending then all the review will say is "its a grate game" hardly spoiling if for me, and confirming that is worthwhile purchase

Well, a bad ending can ruin the whole game. I don't think this is a good idea because an aspect of the game will be left out and reviewers will not have the complete experience.

If they leave out the ending for people who are REVIEWING the game, then the game should receive no review scores, and only written overviews of the game, a basic write-up---which is probably not what they want.

DO IT! That's a fantastic idea...far too often is the ending leaked online and pirated. I highly doubt that those pirated copies never came from a press copy. It would be hilarious if they did this and everyone was DL'ing it and not seeing the ending.

Why waste money on a game where Alan Wake isn’t in it for a good part of the game. Also, since you don’t own the game and they can cut you off at anytime why would you buy that many. Unless she was going to resell them for a profit, charity give away, or something like that.
