Good, glad to see a dev focusing only on single-player for once. There's way too much emphasis on MP these days, SP campaigns were always the most important part of games up until the last couple of years. Now we get 5-6 hour campaigns instead of 10-15 hours all because the devs were working on the multi.

Doesn't hurt that this game looks excellent either.

Can't wait. Playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. in anticipation.

Great news I am not an online multi-player fan. I so prefer single player games. So if Metro:2033 gets to be a longer game because it has no multi-player I think that is a great thing. I wish more developers would do the same. Because I only ever play the story modes on games.

WEL IM NOT GOING TO BUY THIS GAME NOW… (NO MUTIPLAYER) ALL GAMES MUST HAVE MULTIPLAYER COS ILL BE DAMMED IF IM GOING TO PAY 40 QUID FOR 6-8hrs PLAY WHEN ARE GAME DEVELOPERS GOING TO REALISE THIS? MULTIPLAYER IS THE LASTING APPEAL AND WILL SELL SEQUELS.

A POLISHED GAME SHOULD BE LIKE A FILM NOT CHEAP BUDGET AND THEY SHOULD PUSH IT TO THE LIMIT TO MAKE SURE ITS A SUCCESS.

AFTER 5 DAYS FROM RELEASE THIS GAME WILL BE FORGOTTEN JUST LIKE THE REST.

AT BEST ILL RENT IT…OR IF ITS 20 QUID ILL BUY IT THEN.

Never got into Exodus, but 2033 was excellent.

kevco33840d ago

Yeah, Exodus just didn't grab me either, sadly.

I absolutely loved 2033 and Last Light, however. Played them both on 360 and then again with the remasters!

I just started it and it is already miles better than the first 2 which are dated.
