...Sony needs to be more proactive with pricing on PSN. PSN is not even competitive with retail at present.

its startin to upset me cuz i got a psp go n im hearin bout all these discounts that r only applyin to umd's. its real upsetting n sony needs to do sumtin bout this 4 sure!

That's why PSPgo owners are paying a premium for everything. The hardware, the software, and any accessories.

They've done great things pushing the PS3 forward like the Slim, price drop, 250gb pricing, and commercials. But then they completely went reverse with the PSPgo since it was announced.

Sony did exactly what it wanted and it directly benefited gamers. Gamestop didn't want Sony to price digital downloads cheaper than retail games. Sony knew that with the PSPGo even PSP owners with UMD drives would purchase downloadable titles given the option. Since Gamestop knows the Downloadable titles are the ones that are selling and they need to clear stock, sony has indirectly forced their hand to drop prices. PSPGo and Digital downloads are the way to go, I'll bet gamestop will start stocking more PSN cards to at least keep the gamers coming into their stores.

I'm a go owner and I go right to the PSN store and I go right past gamestop when I'm in the mall!

For this price Beaterator is a STEAL, it's not even a game it's a portable music production studio. I had no idea how deep and comprehensive it actually was until playing with it but I am damn impressed with what I'm able to do.

I agree it pretty cool, but damn the drum n bass sounds like it's from a casio keyboard.

McRad6043d ago

Yeah they do, that's why you import your own samples (in wav format) and make your own drum loops. That's what I did and it makes a world of difference, they should have made that well known to everyone.

Rockstar Games: Greatest Portable Hits (Modojo)

Chris Buffa (Modojo): According to multiple sources, some highly anticipated Rockstar game comes out tomorrow. L.A. something or other, with lots of guns, dead bodies and dames (ask grandpa what those are).

No surprise that it's on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Rockstar usually needs powerful tech to achieve its massive goals, but the publisher also has a rich portable history across a variety of platforms. In fact, some of the company's biggest franchises have appeared on Game Boy Advance and the iPhone.
