"One name Sony may be using with developers is "Sphere," a word that highlights the glowing colored orb central to the motion controller's technology. Sega producer Yasuhito Baba and his translator both referred to the controller as "Sphere" during an interview at Tokyo Game Show last month. Polyphony Digital's Kazunori Yamauchi also talked about the PlayStation Motion Controller when we asked him if Gran Turismo would support the "Sphere" peripheral."

Filing a false DMCA claim costs nothing, requires no proof, and can destroy an indie game's launch in minutes. Fighting back can cost tens of thousands of dollars and take weeks (if you can afford it at all).
Copyright is copyright. DMCA is a good thing that protects creators IP., revenue and usage. and you can absolutely appeal a wrongful DMCA takedown. It’s happened to me. Was easily resolved.
No system will ever be perfect, but there needs to be a review, unless it blatant.
Until there's genuine consequences for this type of abuse, it'll keep happening across all media. DMCA is in principle a good thing, but it needs an overhaul.

A critical look at the "DOOM," "Skyrim," and "Fallout" tables in the new version of this virtual pinball game.
These are the same Bethesda tables from FX3 now upgraded for VR . I bought this Bethesda pack for Pinball FX3 around 5 years ago. But when the new Pinball FX came out a few years ago , they wanted me to buy the same tables again, which is ridiculous .

Standard controllers aren’t comfortable for everyone…
As an accessibility option for those that need it im all for it. As the standard control for ps6 helllll noo, touch controller would be the absolute worst.
This is interesting not only for accessibility reasons, but as a way to give players more control over their in game characters for core gamers.
I remember seeing the Tactus pop up buttons at CES 13 years ago and I was excited for the technology but I am not aware of any devices that used it.
The way gaming controllers are presented today is great, but I will always advocate for innovation in giving players more control and increased immersion.
Terrible idea. For most games, you need to feel the physical buttons because you're not looking at the controller. I hope they aren't serious.
More accessibility options is never a bad thing, but man I hate that all electronics seem to be pushing touchscreen controls on everything.
They are just garbage
Though you know someone suggested "Christmas light butt plug" just once.
Not that they work for the company anymore...
Great, now they need to come up with something with an analog stick to eliminate the need of a DS3 in one hand and the sphere motion controller on the other.
my GF will probably like it, I personally have no use for this or any other motion control gimmick.
It's well known N4G is over run by sonyfans, bug honestly guys, are you really looking forward to this thing?
Besides the fact that's it a direct rip-off of the wii
but then you have to use the analog on your ds3
and on top of that it looks like a sex toy.
Anyways, you guys can call natal a rip off of the eyetoy but it's a whole new technology and I'm looking forward to trying it out to see if it's worth the money since I already have the wii.
Mr. Happy.
