Too Expensive for many of them and haven't found anything on there I don't already own or have interest in.

They need to put Crackdown up and I will bite.

but im considering selling my xbox 360 afterall its my third due to red ring ;)

NewZealander6097d ago

no way would i buy any games on demand, ive found all of them for far cheaper in the stores, like mass effect sells for $99.00 NZD on demand or $30.00 NZD in the stores...what would you pick?

JsonHenry6096d ago

I can just rent with Gamefly.. or pick the same games up CHEAPER used at a place like Gamestop.

To sum up: the games are too old, in some cases too expensive, and 360 HDDs are too small AND expensive.

It's not really so convenient when you take that into account.

And as others have pointed out, it's not very competitive with even the simplest of alternatives. Kudos for the attempt, but it doesn't deliver.

Just the expansions and map packs alone, my 20 GB hard drive is pretty used up. I've got enough room left for one harddrive install for a game I'm playing at the time.

Besides, these prices are too high. Just buy them used and you'll actually own the copy that you can lend to friends or sell again later. I'll always prefer hard copies to virtual copies when it comes to full games.

@IrishRepublicanArmy

The funny thing about a lot of users who come on here complaining they are on their 3rd 4th 50th 360, when you look at their post history they spend a lot of time in PS3 articles

hhhhmmmm

makes you wonder

i'm on my 3rd ps3 ylod, might have to ring watchdog

dragunrising6096d ago

The only company that seems to get the pricing right is EA surprisingly. Most of their games are $20. Eventually someone is going to wake up and realize that the pricing is way too much. I think Games on Demand would be more successful if you could rent them.

Why would I spend my money on a fooking Xbox, with a 54.2% Failure rate the experience is guaranteed to be one of frustration and disappointment.

"Gaming’s Biggest Fighting Franchise"

Press X to (seriously) doubt.

Underrated comment. I used to hate that game so much that any time my siblings asked me to play it, I just picked Hom and shut myself down mid-match.

And then MK1 killed it again.

15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
