See, a 360 re-design would be reasonable seeing as it`s been years. But why re-design the ps3? -OH- that`s right, it`s called desperation.

The 360 has had its problems and sells are growing big time, MS beinging young in the console market compared the other 2 (you know who they are) the 360 is doing better then great,why change the looks? that will not change the way people judge the 360 I say leave it like it is just make it more stable to heat and the pounding that it receives as a media center thats running 24/7 in less idea conditions.If you are worried about MS introducing a new replacement console I think it will happen soon, after all the 360 is almost 4 years old now and 5 years is when new consoles appear.there has been alot of new changes and items appearing surrounding the 360 and there can only be so many updates before you cannot update any more and you have to introduce something bigger and badder to take us to the next step. For now give me my 360 and keep gaming.

I think technology-wise, Microsoft should abandon the scotch tape and chewing gum method to keep the board chips in place and use metal based soldering materials. The chicken wire heat sink needs to go as well.

Stand of have to buy a new 360, they should recall all models and give everyone a new problem free 360. So is it a bad idea? no if you add that they only got like some many days before you can't get a free one.

Because it be a waste to go out an buy another 360, just to get one that should work like that other ones should have.

A 360 Slim be kind of cool in its own way, it doesn't have to be really slim but build kind of smaller like the PS2 fat.

They should be taught that heat expands, a console that is concave on both sides isn't a very bright idea.

Ask any Microsoft Rep....they are making a slimmer model 360 that the project "Natal" can attach to....
