After the announcement regarding the PSP version of the game earlier today, we contacted Sony to inquire but no more details or explanations were given to us. Personally, I'm not surprised to see this happening, since the NBA LIVE and NBA 2K franchises are taking a large chunk of the basketball game market, but still I am a little bit shocked."

All in all, this is a very solid game. It manages to provide an enjoyable basketball experience for the whole spectrum of basketball fans; deep enough for the hardcore NBA fan, yet still approachable for the novice. While even the Recruit difficulty is more difficult than PSLS would like to see, it is still a very fun, playable experience.
Even after you have exhausted your thirst for basketball, there is still a lot of fun to be had with the mini-games. If *wink* *nudge* they were to release the mini-games as a standalone bundle on the PSN, they would find their coffers overflowing.

Gamerevolution: I wish I was little bit taller, I wish I was a baller... And in some cases never picked at all...
It's gotta be a little lonely being an outside party to EA Sports' decadent conglomerate orgy. Imagine being that kid in after-school extracurricular basketball who is always picked second. Despite having trained harder than ever this season, you harbor a hidden acknowledgment that you'll never be quite as formidable of a baller as the jerk-ass who just made team captain. How do you save face? Maybe if you bring your teammates a bunch of crap unrelated to actually playing basketball like fresh-baked cookies or beer, they'll love you, err... more?

A well priced, good looking, decent playing, stuffed to the gills PSP basketball title. Diehard GameFAN honestly didn't think they'd be saying this when they first opened this one up, but it was a lot of fun reviewing this one and they're glad it made its way to them. Diehard GameFAN think any PSP owner who's a basketball fan should have this title. Between the smooth gameplay and all the extras, you really get your money's worth on this one.
coming from the same team that makes MLB the show is not acceptable because the show 09 was probably the best sport game ever so far. Even the big PR guy at Microsoft (I forgot his name) said that was his favorite game. So let them go back to the drawing board or drop it all together. It never sold on PS3 anyway so Sony was funding a charity case there. Maybe it returns next year but I doubt it. If they could put some PS3 graphics in it that would be good. MLB 09 The Show looks like a poor mans Uncharted
i just think they taking a year off to work on the ps3 verson for next year
But I don't see it,someone explain it to me.
It might be just me being English and it not being like "a national sport".
