Batman: Arkham Asylum is the greatest comic book videogame of all time. This is an adult Dark Knight story that is well-told, packs some truly fun gameplay elements, has topnotch voice talent, and feel like it's part of Batman canon. If IGN had to nitpick, they wish the cutscenes looked better as they can distract from the tale and that the AI was a bit more responsive, but those are tiny flaws that shouldn't distract from the big picture. Rocksteady nailed what Batman is supposed to feel like. Fans, rejoice.

PC version the only HD version out there.
For a second there I was like, A little late there huh IGN? But I see this is the PC review; hands down the best version of the game.
This is just a rehash of the console review, and the video is for the PS3 version. Only at the end of the article it has a sentence saying the PC version has nicer graphics.
Anyway I compared the PC demo with the PS3 version and the PS3 graphics hold up pretty well. This is definitely not always the case.
BTW this game supports the 360 controller on the PC, and it works great!
