It's bigger than Oblivion, but will it be better? Topware Interactive's top man reveals new details on the highly-anticipated RPG.
Great RPGs don't come around very often, but Polish developer Topware Interactive hopes it has the next big thing in Two Worlds, a fantasy RPG set to release on PC and Xbox 360 on June 26. Clearly inspired by The Elder Scrolls series, Two Worlds offers an expansive environment that players are free to roam. Players are given many choices in the quest to save their sister and plenty of diversions from the main storyline. It's a big game. Bigger than Oblivion, according to Topware. And with so much to do and see, there are plenty of unanswered questions. That is until now.
IGN spoke at length with James Seaman, Managing Director of Topware Interactive, to find out every last important detail regarding Two Worlds. Seaman discussed everything from the size of the world to the usefulness of stealth to random acts of pants-snatching. Who doesn't want to know about pants-snatching?

Ethan Butterfield from GameGrin wrote "Has there ever been a point when you’ve looked through your gaming library and wondered, “Huh, whatever happened to this title?"
First one was garbage. The second was a janky cheese-fest. And then their follow-up release, Raven's Cry, wasn't even complete at launch; doing so badly they re-released it under a new title more than a year later ... still not complete.
I'm probably in the minority but I loved the second one! I acknowledge that it wasn't a great game but I enjoyed it thoroughly and even platinumed it >_<
The first one was pretty bad, but I enjoyed the second despite its flaws. A bit rough around the edges, but it was a pretty decent RPG.

"Two Worlds is a weird game. But that’s fine, because that’s why it’s worth talking about.
"It didn’t sit with critics all too well on its release back in 2007, but take a quick look at its GoG page and you’ll find glowing review after glowing review.
"Along with many people, I also like it – even though it's absolutely terrible."
There's something genuinely great about a game that's so bad it's good - probably because it's a rarer thing to find in gaming than, say, movies.
Back in the day I got obsessed with a really weird FPS called PO'ed. It was rubbish in so many ways, but it had more personality and character than pretty much any other shooter I've ever played.
Ignoring the cheesy dialog, the PC version of the first Two Worlds was actually a good game. The 360 version was a complete mess though.

If it s bigger than oblivion, my gosh thats way to big me at least. I spent like a 100 hours on it.
? bigger than oblivion...i just read in oxm that the map size is not as big as oblivion. maybe they are referring to content and such, not map size.
this game is going to be fun. can't wait to get a group together over LIVE.
Well I will definitely be picking this one up!
i think i might give it a try then.
It has come together rather nicely it seems!
Bigger than Oblivion? Yes Please!
