The second DS-based sequel to Hironobu Sakaguchi's Blue Dragon has been pushed back a week in Japan from October 1st to October 8th in order to make last-minute changes and improvements to the game.
Blue Dragon: Ikai no Kyojuu, roughly translated to Blue Dragon: Behemoth of the Underworld in English allows players to create their own avatars for online play whilst also having a fully-fledged storyline starring Blue Dragon regulars.

The publisher showcased the likes of Ace Combat: Joint Assault, Test Drive Unlimited 2, a new title in the Blue Dragon series, Ninja Theory’s Enslaved: Odyssey to the West and the troubled modern remake of the ‘90s series Splatterhouse. All of these are expected to launch throughout Europe in 2010, prior to the PlayStation Portable exclusive God Eater, which will launch in 2011 after benefiting from significant commercial success in Japan since its launch this February.
i'm eagerly awaiting splatterhouse and enslaved is simply gorgeous, i've got alot of faith in it.
Yeah, I'm very interested to see how Splatterhouse turns out. I've got the second one on the Mega-Drive (Genesis), and while it's nothing special it's a fun little game...

Only game I want is the new Blue Dragon but I would get Tales of Graces if they released it here.

LiveDS writes: "Blue Dragon: Behemoth of the Otherworld was released this weekend in Japan. According to Kotaku, the creator said it would be the last episode. Anyway, Namco Bandai has published some new screens of the game."
If/when this is released in Europe I'll get it, definitely. Blue Dragon Plus wasn't my thing.

Gaming Union writes, "Tokyo Game Show 2009 wowed crowds and wooed gamers across the world, and while there were plenty of good and bad games alike, it's time to recognize the cream of the crop with our TGS 2009 Awards. This year Gaming Union is focusing on each individual console there, and to kick things off, a look at the Nintendo DS' best and brightest."
