I bought and i7 with a Gf280 last november, the only upgrade i have in mind for the near future is a new video card.
I want to take advantage of DX11.

Just bought a new computer a few days ago with a huge case that should leave plenty of room for upgrades down the road.
But if I told you what components I bought, all you PC Elite's would probably start throwing rocks at me >.>
i was looking for a processor and was gonna go with just a quad core, q6600.
but i saw that one of the prices for an i7 was around $300 which isnt that bad. i think it was the i7 920 nehalem?? or something like that. i might get that instead if its that much of a performance boost
