The big plus here is the larger screen size. Back when I reviewed Valhalla Knights 2 for PSP and one of my biggest complaints (no pun intended) was that playing as a dwarf or recruiting one took up half of the screen".

Digitally Downloaded writes: "Often the Wii was criticised for its perceived lack of quality third party games to play, but it's not the case at all. The Wii had some excellent third party games to play, it's just that some of them required a little digging to get to."

This series is destined to be quickly forgotten in the west (it actually has a strong niche in Japan), which is a pity, because there’s a lot to like about these games. They're not for everyone, but JRPG fans looking for something a little different would do well to try these out.

Neocrisis: Continuing a bumper year of releases, Rising Star Games has confirmed Eldar Saga's 2010 release date as 17th September. The game will fill a niche in the current games climate by appealing to Wii owners who are interested in the RPG format.
Ack, I had forgotten all about this game due to looking at Demon's Souls and Dissidia to finish off my year. I suppose adding this game at the last moment would not hurt my wallet to much I hope.
