The patch will be released on the 23rd of August at 12pm EDT at Policenauts.net.

It will be playable via emulation on PC, and on modded PS1, PS2 and PSP.

This is great news for Kojima enthusiasts everywhere, finally we will be able to play one of his greatest masterpieces in english.

To many this is even bigger than the release of a new Metal Gear title, it has been a good 14 or so years of waiting for this to be released in English.

I am incredibly excited and cannot wait.

Kojima and Konami were supposedly going to do a Policenauts translation many years ago but sadly it never came to fruition, probably due to what they saw as less then stellar sales of Snatcher on MegaCD.

Personally I am just thankful that Konami let the project go ahead and didn't serve it with a cease and desist, which sadly happens all to often.
