If, by some lucky twist of fate, you fall into the category of Wii owners who have never played any of the Prime games before, Nintendo has with Trilogy delivered you a box set of holy proportions. For a bargain price, you will receive 80-plus hours of the best adventuring found on any home consoles in a decade. And the craziest part is that Retro's artists are so good that the Prime titles they released back in 2002 still look better than the majority of Wii efforts. Yeah, these games are still at the cutting-edge on Nintendo consoles.

Nintendo had given Retro Studios the task of remastering the Metroid Prime Trilogy after the studio's unannounced music RPG was canceled.
Maybe it will happen after Metroid Prime 4 launches. Put Metroid Prime 2 & 3 on Switch and Switch 2.

"Metroid Prime Trilogy, the Wii compilation of Retro Studios' first-person take on the Metroid series, launched in North America on 24th August 2009, exactly 15 years ago.
In honour of that sparking release (well, a little less sparkling than the originals in some places due to a few missing effects), we're taking the opportunity to recap Samus' story so far in the Metroid Prime games while we wait for the fourth numbered entry..." - Ollie Reynolds | NintendoLife
my most anticipated game.
just started playing the Trilogy on WiiU again (love the motion controls with wiimote)
amazing series!

The Nerd Stash: "Looking to make some quick cash? Have some old Wii games lying around? Well, why not take a gander at our list of rarest Nintendo Wii games?"
Can't wait to get this.
Just throwing all the games together and implementing Corruption's control scheme would've been more than worth it.
But they put full bloom lighting throughout the whole original. They balanced some of the difficulty spikes in Echoes. The loads in Corruption are quicker. And the blurriest textures got sharpened up in all three.
This is full of epic, epic win.
And I bashed on IGN a little earlier...so I have to commend them on this review. None of the others I've read have been this thorough or pointed out the exact enhancements (outside of the controls).
Yeah, fully customizable controls would be nice. But to be honest, I spent my entire time in Conduit trying to make it feel like Corruption.
this game deserves this score, really :)
How can you rate 3 games in one?
Good value never the less
Well... I've never played these games, so I guess I'm picking this up.
