I don't see how this could be rape in the least bit. You can always log off of chat or the game you are playing if someone is harassing you. You can also put them on ignore or have a CSR take care of them.

You can't be verbally harassed online unless you allow it to happen. There are to many ways to just turn it off.

it can't even be harrassment. you have the option of TURNING IT OFF. rape and sexual harrassment is usually definited as being unable to get away (forced) into a uncomfortable situation. they can LOG OFF.

If you don't like what's happening, petition it, contact the company and have them fix it. If they won't fix it, don't play the game. The thing these people are forgeting when they go into MMO's is that its only a game and you don't HAVE to play.

Rape is a physical act and cannot be commited over the internet, or at least until someone creates a law that says otherwise. But also some people call unnecessary rape calls like when a guy does a girl on her own consent, than dogs her out, she maybe quick to say rape cause he hurt her! I have been shot and killed thousands of time in Battle Field games by other people. I will now sue them for cyber murder. Although i've killed more people than i died.
