
TeamXbox writes: "Tropico was a fun, little strategy game that came out for PC about eight years ago, where you played the leader of a tiny island country and were tasked with building it up so that it would thrive-and so you could ultimately exercise your political wants and desires. The game's publisher, Gathering of Developers, has since gone away, along with any plans for a console version (it was slated for Dreamcast, but ended up canceled). Now a three-year-old German publisher named Kalypso Media and Bulgarian developer Haemimont Games have taken on what they're calling a true sequel to that initial installment with Tropico 3, and have plans for not only a PC release, but also a debut for the strategy game on Xbox 360 this fall."

The Humble Totally Tropico Bundle just launched today. It features games like Tropico 5, Tropico 4, Tropico 3, along with a number of expansions and DLC.
