Balance, everyone uses nearly same set of superpowers due to being the most effective....imo they should return to class system instead of being able to make fully customiazable class, it really makes it hard to balance.
Other then that, if you liked City of Heroes/Villians you will love this (After all its same developers), and if you can ignore Captain Dildomans and offensive characters due to so much freedom in customization XD
yeah, some powers do need balancing and some powersets need more love (ice)
but overall it is fun
city of heroes has been re-balanced more times then i no so im sure the same can and will happen here
