Wow the colors the explosions! It just looks so much more vibrant! This and Uncharted 2 is really all I need this year. I cant effing wait for this game now. I mean that looking effing good!

This is not even close... KZ2, CODWAW, COD4, Far Cry, Gears of War... they will all get blown away when this one drops!!! Infinity ward are the best shooter developers out there... its not even close!!!

There is no doubt in my mind that this game is going to own them all, no wonder all games are been delayed. This trailer really got me excited.

Seems like a few nice features added in, I loved MW1 but didn't like WAW, so I was uncertain about getting this.

However, I reckon I might take a leap of faith and buy this one, as long as it doesn't get slated in reviews ;)

I mean I am still playing killzone 2 and if you think Modern warfare 2 looked good then their is no reason why you wouldnt like killzone 2. Killzone 2 still has the graphical edge imo too. But like I said Modern warfare 2 does look effing amazing and I cant wait to play it!

Uncharted 2 + COD multiplayer goodness

People can't seriously mean that it's the best they have seen...graphically forget about K2, Gears 2 looks better than this. Pause the video and you'll see the lack of detail in stuff, objects looks like made of paper...the details are in the characters.

It will be a great MP no doubt about it but c'mon, that MW2 is the only game you're looking forward on your platform doesn't mean you have to convince yourself and everybody that's all you need.

Can't get GOTY because it's not a huge leap from COD4, it's still COD4.5 no matter what people want to believe.

Even though i think Uncharted 2 has the edge over Halo ODST. I think Uncharted 2 is the one that is going to get overlooked. I'm talking about sales not quality Halo and MW2 will destroy Uncharted 2. I mean the following Halo and MW has is to big for Uncharted 2 to compete although i think MW2 is the game that most people are waiting for.

Although Uncharted is not on the same genre of Halo and MW it is coming in the same time frame, so it's competing with those two and saying Halo will be overlooked because of Uncharted 2 like you said in your other post is just ridiculous.

Ok, people, let's stop talking about unrelated games here. Yes, I am sure you think that we all love to hear your opinion on why you THINK killzone 2 is teh best FPS ever and nothing will ever top it, but we don't want to hear it. Killzone 2 was a great game, and so was Call of Duty 4. And this next installment of Call of Duty will be amazing as well.

Why do you come here and post comments about Killzone 2? You are like those fanboy trolls who try to post a negative comment on anything opposite of their console of choice. If you are going to continue critisizing the sony fanboy or the 360 fanboy posting negative comments in sony/microsoft articles, then you cannot be the same as them when it comes to video games. You also act like Killzone 2 is an FPS that will never get old, no matter what, and that their is no room for any more FPS's to ever exist. You may find it hard to realize this, but games can exist in harmony with each other.

They are different FPS games. One is a fast paced fun as hell fragfest running at 60fps, and the other is the more beautiful, more tactically based game. And don't give me that sh*t about "realism is better, blah blah blah". Fun is the most important factor in a game, not realism. Why can't you just enjoy games as different games and not try to have them compete with each other?

I watched the single player CoD video at E3 and to be honest, at the time I was not excited in the least, and I thought like many of you that this would be doomed to be CoD4.5, but as soon as I saw this trailer, I knew that that was not going to be the case. And if you would put away your pre meditated hatred (be honest, most of you hated this game before gameplay was shown)for this game, rewatch the trailer, then you will see that this is going to be an awesome game, and an incredible upgrade to a multiplayer game that was almost perfect from the beginning (IMO).

(I despise this phrase, but I feel it's necessary here) Just stop with all the hating, please. We are gamers, not fanboys.

Isn't it pretty obvious that people post about KZ2 and Uncharted 2 because several people say MW2 is the best looking console game they have seen. I agree with Uncharted and KZ2 (after having played both).

Yea you dnt mean that. I was a hardcore cod4 player with over 63000 kills and I can promise you that killzone 2 is not terrible in fact I am still playing it today. I prefer it to any cod right now.

to me kz2 and uncharted are the true innovators, even thou i'm gonna play mw2 a lot.. goty deserves it when is something new.. not just slight changes..

@emitsiti. From this footage KZ2 is looks miles better than MW2. To those that are proclaiming it the best looking game. Perhaps on the x360 but not on the PS3.

I just started jumping up and down in my seat! I can't wait for this one to come out! Once I saw that rocket was heat seeking, I got excited! AMAZING! I can already see this one getting alot of play time in with me just like the first one!

EDIT: I'm with you there! As much as I like the Modern Warfare games, I still will not buy anymore collectors, legendary, prestiege or whatever sets.

I will admit though, I did consider it at first when they announced it, but I remember how I felt cheated with all the other ones I bought in the past. I also considered the NBA 2K10 collectors box that gave you a locker that could hold 20 games, a figurine of Kobe jumping, a bonus dics, a poster and a lock for $100, but I changed my mind about that as well.

The game is AMAZING! Or are we playing sales instead of games? MW2 certainly is looking good with some new features coming out. Should be great fun.

I cant say i'm impressed with how it looks, but i'll definately be buying it, as the MP is fun as hell.

What have IW actually done here apart from change a few details. Graphically its only a slight jump forward. The game will play the exact same and it will somehow still have everyone beating off too it. When there are so many other, newer and more daring IP's out there why do people feel the need to go crazy over this. I will be buying it but please don't try and place this game as been the best thing to ever grace a gaming machine when it develops so little from the past experience.
