I don't think he's talking about the game, more so the extra features that come with it. Why so serious these days?

Well uncharted 2 is not. And sigma co-op will get the attention of a few ppl, its almost like a new game.

And I believe bad Company 2 is also being released in 2010! Too many games again!

White Knight Chronicles, MAG, and Heavy Rain are all supposed to be early 2010 as well, I think.

seriously thats redic for the freaking first half of the year, usually we're stuck with crap, but next year, we have a dozen GOTY calbiour games out before July.

God only knows what the 2010 Fall Line-Up will be.

i believe its modern warfare 2 im sorry but they cant release them this fall lol which is a good thing i was looking forward to splinter cell :(

While we will probably never ever know the true reasons behind all this delays...one can't help but suspect that stupid MW2 is behind it all.
My god i can almost picture the Activision people popping off champagnes in celebration..wait they were already doing that when they announce their prediction of 15 million sales a while ago, they are probably having an orgy now or something

@edit yeah i would be quite pissed if i'm a 360 owner too, just like how MAG's delay disappoint me(i know it's not confirmed).

Well at least AC2 is still coming out on Nov, i'm looking forward to it :)

I don't know if all these delays are good or bad.I am actually disappointed that Conviction is getting delayed but on the other hand, it gives me the opportunity to play some fall 09 titles that i would have overlooked .So it goes like this

Max Payne 3 delay = Confirmed Borderlands purchase.
Splinter Cell conviction delay = Confirmed Dragons Age purchase.

I said the same about COD:World at War, yet a year later I broke down and bought it, got the game on Friday 7/24/09, and i'm already on the last checkpoint on veteran difficulty. I did not know people can snipe with a bazooka, and whats up with the unlimited grenades the AI keeps popping, but I gotta admit, it was a solid COD experience so no doubt MW2 will own this Christmas and well into next year, so as much as we dislike Activision we gotta give it to them and the teams behind COD.

Actually it's a good year to own both systems. MW2 will be beast for the 360, plus the majority of gamers like the 360 controller better for shooters. So I'm pretty sure that will hold them over till another good game comes out. For the PS3 a lot of games got pushed back but really the only game you need is Uncharted 2 to hold you over. So it's good to own both systems...Oh yeah and the dashboard update coming out in AUG for the 360 will enhance the system a little more. As for the Wii now that's a different story. I'm waiting for the new mario the one that allows you to have 4player co-op and Monster hunter 3.

MW2 is also coming for the PS3. I actually prefer the Dualshock 3 for shooters (or most games for that matter); the analogue sticks have less dead space, are slightly more accurate and have just the right tension. The 360's controller does have better triggers though, but other than that I slightly prefer the PS3's controller. Both controllers work perfectly fine and anybody that tells you one is much better than the other is probably a fanboy.

that is totally true but I have a recomendation for you. Get real triggers for the dual shock 3 and that will pretty much give you the satisfaction that you need if you like triggers better. Still I really dnt mind L1 and R1 for aiming and shooting.

It's more than twitter and facebook. You should check it out so you can step your $hit talking game up. When will the PS3 have these features. I personally don't use any of that crap but it's good to have if you like it. The only feature on the PS3 that I like is that you can buy full retail games.

I'm not a hardcore shooting fan so KZ2 is the only FPS i need. Uncharted2 will cover everything else.

There's plenty of games from other genres coming out this fall too. I know i'm picking up DragonAge,R&C,AC2,Borderla nds,FIFA2010, NGSigma2 & Saboteur. I certainly hope GT5 make it in time too! :)
I also highly recommend Demon's Souls for ppl who didn't import it.

And if you own a 360, there's Halo odst,l4d2&forza 3.

So you see..it's pretty easy to avoid MW2 :) I'm not exaggerating when i say there are SO MANY games out there that deserves our cash more than Activision & their MW2

Im with you. Not a hardcore FPS player as well, KZ2 is good enough for me, and probably something like L4D on PC just for mindless zombie killing fun. MW2 is a non purchase in my books. Dont allow Activision increases game prices.

Already preordered DS, Atlus seems to allocate few copies (look what happened in Japan). Getting R&C:ACiT and UC2 one month after release. AC2 is an option depending on performance. Additionally, I haven't mentioned the load of PSP game I'm planning to buy. Well, something it's sure I need to save a lot of money and get some downtime, good times ahead.

Terrible News

Most of the games releasing earl 2010 won't actually release then. There will be some delays to mid and fall 2010. Also Mag is up in the air,we are not sure if it's delayed. Ratchet,Uncharted 2,NGS2,Demons souls,etc are coming for sure and don't forget PS3 already got Infamous and killzone 2 plus MLB 09,they are the only ones that gave good games the first half of 2009.
