i'm more excited about the games in '10 though. much more excited.

Uncharted 2 and MW2 are probably the games I'm looking forward to the most. But in terms of quality and quantity 2010 wins hands down.

No can argue that the competition is really about how our wallets are going to be hammered over the next 12 months.

another ratchet game? I don't know if you've ever seen a ratchet game on ps3 but it looks like a pixar movie and they're good games.

atleast sigma runs at a native hd level. blood doesn't make a game. you're obviously new to gaming young b*tch. you probably think halo is the best thing since grilled cheese.

and have you ever played uncharted? no. it still looks better than any ps3 or 360 shooter. it's better than killzone 2. uncharted 2 is a quality game. get your head out of your boyfriend's ass.

4 ratchets on ps2 and 2 on ps3. I guess there goes the halo 3 milking argument. Yes ratchet is a fun game, but it is very childish. I bet you think ratchet is the best thing since tonka toys.
I know blood does not make a game, I just think it`s rather hilarious that you are excited for an old 360 game minus the cool part of it.

ps3 got uncharted 2, ratchet and clank, deamon souls while 360 only got ODST and Splinter Cell, Forza 3, Left 4 Dead 2, Magnacarta 2, Dungeon Hero, . Splinter Cell is good but Uncharted alone kills it. ODST is confirmed to be shorter than Halo 3, but still sell4 x more then Uncharted 2 (which is sad, U2 deserves more). Forza 3 will have no peer, and Left for Dead 2 will be another million seller for Valve.

Fixed that for you. And if you dont own a 360, you shouldnt care what the otherside has.

Face it the 360 held back all it's games till the end of the year, Sony released theirs throughout the year, no big drama. But to suggest that Sonys line up for the next 5 months is better?

As for arcade, I'm not even going start on Fat princess vs the pleathora of arcade titles coming out, it's not even a fair comparisim.

A lot of 360 fanboys in the main thread defending their console. Someone suggested Halo ODST is better than Uncharted 2. Sad.....

i just think the ps3 has an overall bigger list of games but it doesn't necessarily mean every game will be good, same goes for the 360 of course. and it only takes one game to take up a person's whole life and this is like a gargantuan list of games which doesn't even included multiplatform titles. and whoever thought all of sony's announced games were coming in 2009 were stupid. everyone knows publishers try to spread out release dates, especially from other rival big name games. you can't have games compete with eachother in sales so everyone should've known most games were going to be pushed in 2010.

Undoubtly some will argue its quality over quantiy, and are probably right.

On the other hand, you've listed a lot PS3 games for next year but very little 360 games. Again, if you look at what has alreayd been released this year, you'd have to be genuinly surprised to find that this time next year we will be in the same boat with more titles relased on the 360 than on the PS3.

The question will always be argugd to 5 8.0 games beat 2 9.0 games?

In saying that, it seems that Sony fanes will rate all of their games 9.0 no matter what. Perhaps if they strip away the OMG grpahics and took a good look at the core mechanics they might relaise they are leading into Xmas with 2 platformers (U2 is undoubtably more than that alone), a genre that MS doesnt even bother with.

GT5 before Xmas would save Sony, perhaps even beat the compeittion with it.
