DualShockers writes:

"Most gamers remember how everyone went nuts about Mass Effect having a sex scene between a blue female alien and the main character. Well now it looks like Obsidian is looking to include full frontal nudity in Alpha Protocol as well..."

Please my eyes bleed when I see Breasts! Children will play this game and they minds will be devoured by imagies of fake pixel breast. It will haunt their dreams.

taz80806169d ago

My eyes bleed as well.... with glee. See what I did there. LOL

Raz6169d ago

The tips of nips on my lips!

Such sultry sweatiness. Filthy feel-good FAP fun! Bringing bewbs to the alliterative Alpha. Protocol poontang! YAY! ^_^

Tony P6169d ago

I don't care about boobs so much as I enjoy games that don't baby me about mature themes.

I was iffy about grabbing this one, but it's Obsidian... I've long wanted to see what they can do with some original material.

jessupj6169d ago

I can tell you right now. The facsist, stuck in the past Australian government is going to ban that. But I'll give them the finger for their close mindedness by importing from the good ol' US.

I actually usually import from the US regardless because there's probably a few games out there that have been censored (which is reality is taking away a basic human right of mine) by my gov and not been told about it.

Well now it looks like Obsidian is looking to include full frontal nudity in Alpha Protocol as well.

“No, it’s tasteful,” Davis said when asked whether the game’s sex scenes contain full-frontal nudity.

Who finds the error?

PirateThom6169d ago

Yeah, the fact he said "no" obviously means "definitely will have full frontal nudity".

This is current gen gaming journalism for you.

Timesplitter146169d ago

he probably just asked a diffrent question when he actually interviewed the guy

TheAntiFanboy6169d ago

Which still invalidates the case. If he asked a different question, then he's taken the answer completely out of context.

devilhunterx6169d ago

perfect solution for a mediocre game. add tits. it worked for Mass Effect

Avenged Sevenfold6169d ago

Actually Mass Effect was an amazing game. This looks to be very promising and has a very deep RPG system. So...I don't know what you're talking about.

Timesplitter146169d ago (Edited 6169d ago )

Actually, not adding nudity makes me feel like the game doesn't take itself seriously. I think this is good for a western RPG

DevastationEve6169d ago

It wasn't even PG-13 rated love making. And besides, Sex ED usually begins in 6th grade (it did for me anyway...no, not like that), so kids are 11-13 anyway, so why not in games too?

It's way too easy for kids to get the wrong ideas about sex so I sorta agree that games should be games and not dating sims/relationship seminars. Games should be entertainment...not that sex isn't entertaining. The two shouldn't be too involved is all I'm saying, sex is way more serious than a few pixelated peep shots.

TheAntiFanboy6169d ago

Eh. Arguable. I only played through Mass Effect once. I liked the dialogue system in KOTOR better. Allowed for more options, and it wasn't so damn streamlined and concrete.

I disagree. Saying games shouldn't have all that is like saying movies shouldn't just because kids can watch movies too.

People need to realize that entertainment is not always family friendly. Evidently this is a very hard-learned lesson despite thousands of years of proof and myriad examples in films, plays, art, literature, etc.

Moreso, if consumers respected the ESRB and the fact that many adults play games, we wouldn't need to address the issue so frequently.

One of the few 7th gen game that I'll full heartedly support for a remake.
Its a very unique RPG and deserves its faults fixed the 2nd time.

TheNamelessOne717d ago

I would be so for this. Alpha Protocol is the definition of a diamond in the rough. Before being acquired by Microsoft, Obsidian presented their ideas for a sequel, multiple times, but were always shot down. Even something simple like a remaster is very unlikely.

ZeekQuattro717d ago

Still have a physical copy for my PS3. Clunky at times but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day.

TheColbertinator716d ago

Had some issues but that game was brilliant.

SheenuTheLegend842d ago

all the games in the above list are bang on. this is the only reason we need backwards compatibility and physical presense of games for the upcoming future, no matter what.

Yi-Long843d ago

Honorable mention to the excellent Driveclub, one of the best racing games of all-time and one of my favourite games ever.

melons843d ago

yes! incredible rain effects; so good to drive along in rain with your Spotify playlist blaring

Skuletor843d ago

I really wanted a MotorStorm using the same engine, Driveclub is easily one of the best looking games on PS4 and I'm surprised they didn't even give it a PS4 Pro patch.

ravens52842d ago

Yes indeed. May just install it on my PS5. You know, physical copy and all.

monkey602842d ago

I adored Driveclub and the Bike expansion. I also loved Motorstorm. Evolution shutting down was a crime

Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, After Burner Climax... all good stuff. I keep my 360 hooked up to play these as well as the TMNT games that were also delisted.

Skuletor843d ago

Terry_B842d ago (Edited 842d ago )
