Blaze9296153d ago

poopsack6153d ago

Syronicus6153d ago

Must own. That trailer looks awesome!

Pika-pie6153d ago

Iv been interested in this game since I saw the cg trailer Feb last year. Bet it will be good, I like the RPG/FPS concept in games.

Bitter Tears6153d ago

This game >>> All other games this Fall. I mean it, Splinter Cell Conviction, Uncharted 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. All of it I've played before and won't matter.

Diablo 2 with guns? Count me the f*ck in.

Sweet vid! Gotta love the unique feel of this game, Gearbox really outdid themselves this time.

coolirisGB6153d ago

I'm diggin the personality I'm a sucker for hybrid games. Mixing the genre's up FTW!

-MD-6153d ago

This game oozes style I can't wait.

thereapersson6153d ago

I, for one, love the new art style. Sure it's radically different, but I really think it works in the game's favor.

Admiral_Benson6153d ago

Massively hyped for this game, October is going to be an awesome month! (Not in regards to my bank balance though!)

Hey, need a loan?! Call me at 1-888-SCamz-4-suckaz

JL6153d ago

Tell me about it dude. If I made a top 10 list of games I want that are still to come this year (officially dated), probably half of them are coming out in October alone.

Oct 6: Alpha Protocol, Demon's Souls and Operation Flashpoint (I can handle to put Flashpoint off though if they announce that MAG is coming this year afterall---hopefully not October if it does lol)
Oct 13: Uncharted 2
Oct 20: Dragon's Age and Borderlands

God it's going to be a brutal month on my wallet. Better start saving now. (Though I know inevitably I'm just going to have to push some of these back and maybe put them on Christmas wish list or something).

II Necroplasm II6153d ago (Edited 6153d ago )

The thing is these people have all their great games come out before the holidays, all at one time to have great sells.

It's ruff on the gaming consumer.

This game might have to wait for me to pick up, few others like Left4Dead as well.

Admiral_Benson6153d ago

Yeah, it's gonna be an expensive time to be a gamer.

Makes me kind of understand now why some titles are being put back to 2010 (and i'm kind of thankful for it now i've seen how the 2009 line up is shaping up!)

Oh well, i better get saving or i may have to take you up on that loan Necro..........what's the APR interest on that?!

Freak of Nature6153d ago

Uncharted 2,Borderlands,left for dead 2,Dead rising 2,Forza 3,Demon souls all in October, then comes Assassins creed 2,COD MF2,and Splinter cell Conviction in November......Oh and does anyone know about Ratchet and Clank Acit's release date? Just to add to the must haves....Thanks...

ever since XIII came out I really loved the cell shaded artstyle in games. I probably wouldn't have tried it if it didn't have such a style like that

Despite Borderlands Movie Flop, Series Saw Boost in Sales; Take-Two to Be Selective on Licensing IPs

Take-Two admits the Borderlands movie was disappointing, though it still contributed to the game catalog's sales.

"we don’t really need to break out the contribution from the film because while it was economically positive"

Come on, there was nothing positive about it, it literally bled money...not really economically.

Daeloki564d ago

No there was not. The same way there was no Dragon Ball live action movie, nor an Avatar the Last Airbender live action movie :)

Polish a turd to make a what?!

DefenderOfDoom2564d ago (Edited 564d ago )

So the movie cost 155 million to produce and another 30 million dollars to promote . Borderlands movie brought in around 31 million worldwide . So basically, the Borderlands movie was a 154 million commercial for Borderlands video game franchise.
