i want remake on RE1 or RE2 or RE3 on PS3 only.

this is what the RE reboot should be like . have the mansion be 10 times bigger maybe as or more bigger than a whole university have it be more free roaming like Dead Rising and the mansion should be extremely dark in some areas so you can use a flashlight , also the zombies should be able to walk around the mansion and not have 2 or 3 zombies programmed to be there have it like you could play the whole game and not see 1 zombie in lets say the kitchen second play thru there a few zombies than walked in . keep the gameplay from RE4 the same minus the laser sight and go back to 6 item slots no co-op less ammo and have the mansion be alive like with some areas covered with Plant 42's vines and let ppl walk outside and introduce new B.O.Ws and most importantly keep Jun Takeuch away from production he should be allowed anywhere near it not even to bring coffee

i think it's funny how the re series needs a reboot 2 games after getting the game that rebooted the series, re4. RE5 destroyed all the progress that re4 made for the series.

5 isn't a terrible game but it definitely is the weakest out of the main cannon games. Chris's over the top muscles, it was obvious who the bird woman was, wesker turned into a power hungry douche raving on about being a god and other nonsense. Sheva imo was that game's only saving grace. I know her AI wasn't perfect but as a character she was the only believable one and her voice acting was brilliant.

I'd like to see the series go back to it's horror roots, re4 nailed it perfectly. It doesn't have to have over the top action with a half assed cover system. Just make an action oriented, nerve racking experience that has lots of scares.

Now bring bring back the CLASSIC Resident Evil and Jill Valentine as the main character. Can't wait to see what's next in the Resident Evil franchise.

RE4 was kind of considered a "reboot" for the series when it was released.

It's not like the series needs to be totally re-imagined. They got the balance right in 4, but 5 became more of a third-person shooter, and less about survival, horror or managing your supplies. Just scale back the shooting, and quit trying to make the game like an action movie.

And please...no more rail shooters on the Wii. The RE4 Wii edition was the absolute BEST version of that game. Use the same graphics engine for all I care. Just give us a new storyline and location.

He said that in all the videos when the game was coming out. If you guys got the hint book they said they have been using the engine from the Game Cube, all next gen did was allow them to add effects and more polygons to the game. I am like the rest of you guys, give me zombies from the first two games, make the plot simple, T-Virus experiment gone wrong, the dead come alive, and include all the horror elements that were missing from the series since the second game.

silent hill for the wii and ps2 look good. and its a survival horror game too. anyway, it seems RE evolved into a run 'n gun somewhere in 4. i hope this reboot doesn't mean they going to stick with the run 'n gun or rail shooters, and get rid of the survival horror. i'd like to take out any enemy with a gun or something. like in RE:DS it was annoying running out of ammo, and having to use the knife. i couldn't hit anything with the knife, and when i did, it didn't seem to do anything. i'd like enough ammo to get through the game, but not so much that it evolves into a run 'n gun. like how leaves a bazooka on the floor?!

of resi CV would be fantastic would love to see Clair in next gen graphics lol.

shooting zombies n monsters is fun but taking it to unrealistic stuff like parasites n terrorist act just killed the good feeling of the game . see Dead Space did the exact formula kill dead people who were mutated into tiny pieces. reboot the game after RE2 n kill off everyone in the world and have every RE character ( except survivor and dead aim) all trapped in one city and have ways to escape. open world zombie game with great puzzles, excellent guns , and crappy voice acting will be going on the right direction

Forget a reboot, the fans want RE2 and RE3 remade. Why don't they do that? They remade RE1 plenty of times and even had the cheek to re-release a bare-bones version of REmake on the Wii.
