Lost among the piles and piles of Playstation 3 and PSP announcements, we were totally unaware Rockstar were releasing a fabulous new package for the Playstation 2 which consists of Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Vice City and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. If you've never touched said games then the Grand Theft Auto Triple Pack launches on July 31st for £17.99.
Yes, £17.99.
That's about 100 hours worth of game for under £20. Bar-gain.

The second part of GTA BOOM's interview with Obbe Vermeij where they turn from origin stories to craft. Specifically, how early GTA games created the illusion of life, and why that illusion still matters more than brute-force simulation.

Revolution Team, the modding team behind GTA Vice City NextGen Edition, has announced GTA: San Andreas NextGen Edition.
I'm surprised modders haven't taken GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas and connected them as one big game. I remember GTA 3, you had to complete so much of the game to open up the other part of the city, which was connected by a bridge, although there was a flying car cheat.
Don't have those old games anymore, kinda tempted to pick them up.
I would like to see this for happen more for a lot of classic ps2 series. Great way to extend the life of ps2.
Classic Games
That might be worth it but that last title was crap. If that wanted a realistic driving game maybe they should had a challenge like this: Sit in rush hour traffic for one hour with out get in an accident while remaining ten feet away from the bumper of the car in front of you. Call me crazy but I like cars that can handle… realistic is just boring. I can't tell you how many times I flipped my car by hitting a trash can.
Good Deal On the ps2 bundle!
