Raven and id Software's Wolfenstein won't be opening a portal to retail the first week of August, as previously planned. The latest game to be hit by a summer delay will now ship a few weeks later, Activision confirmed today.
Why? According to an Activision spokesperson, the delay was made "in order to facilitate a simultaneous global release window for id Software's Wolfenstein."
Activision has therefore "realigned the game's release date for the week beginning August 17th." Kotaku is sure that goals were realized to some degree of synergy.
The great thing about being one of the most popular consoles of all-time is that there’s always more underappreciated bangers to spotlight.
I love Enslaved such a sleeper hit, Asuras Wrath a very good game I still own, and I wish EA would put out a new Dante's Inferno another game I enjoyed. I never heard of the Rain game I might have to try it out might give Ebay a snoop or two.
enchanted arms and folklore most definitely.
theres also a game about a red haired guy and a girl who is a sword or something. good game

Sometimes, you want a relatable villain who makes you question your own morality. Other times, you want Frau Engel.
It got old tbh. Machine needed a break from the IP. Indie is a good reprieve.

BLG writes, "There can be only one best Wolfenstein game. Since the franchise’s debut in 1981, the Wolfenstein series has graced our gaming platforms for over forty years. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true! In honor of that legacy, we’re going to list some of the best Wolfenstein games and the worst. That’s right: it’s the Wolfenstein games ranked."
Scheiße! Nein.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein is the best in the series. After that:
New Order
New Colossus
Old Blood
I really wish they'd remake Return to Castle Wolfenstein from the ground up. Easily the best of them all.

so due to ps3.. ofcourse this is kotaku so no real credibility... Unnamed source as always.
lets jus hope its a good game when they do get around to releasing it.
I remember when Return To Castle Wolfenstein came out it was a huge release with a lot of interest. ID really made a big mistake handing them off to a company who would only do crappy xbox shooters.
This game is going to be a rent for me. I got to buy Operation Flashpoint 2, and 3 weeks after that ODST limited ed.
In related, news gamers have completely forgotten about Wolfenstein after seeing previews of Uncharted 2, Gran Turismo 5, Forza 3, and Splinter Cell: Conviction.
no Hitler, delayed release date. come on id, at this rate you will be closed by Bethesda in less than a year.
