Philosoma. I really dug that game back then.

Is there a way to request which games to come to PSN?

Snoogins6191d ago (Edited 6191d ago )

I would like to see more classics and fewer generic titles of mediocrity, such as:
NFL Blitz
Vagrant Story
Legend of Dragoon
Xenogears
Diablo
Brave Fencer Musashi
Chrono Cross
Einhander
Tenchu
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
Parasite Eve 1 & 2
Clock Tower
...help me out, people!

Tenchu has the best format for a portable game and I could play that game forever. That game is single-handedly responsible for returning me to gaming; My last system before PS1 was NES and Sega Master System.

I'd go for X2, I'd love to have classic Team 17 shooter X2 to play on PSP, Philisoma was pretty good too though.

One of the first PS1 games I got back in 2000.

Oh my. I can't wait. Hopefully its aged well.

UJUSTLOSTONE6191d ago

i couldnt wait to play it especially cuz it had co op

I remember being all fascinated because they actually drank soda from the vending machine to replenish health, lol.

aahhh..... good times, good times

thereapersson6191d ago

I remember this game...

The first time I played it was on a demo disc that came with my original Playstation back in 1997. It was quite a cult classic; it bombed in reviews, but many beat-em-up fans loved it to death (sort of like Godhand... heh).

This will be a nice trip down memory lane. :)

Fighting Force – PSN Review by Brash Games

It says a lot about the overall quality of Eidos’ Fighting Force PSN download when the most special moment it has to offer happens to be the sight of the original PlayStation logo, followed by that turquoise piracy message. Seeing those distinctive images flash up on the screen, many middle-aged gamers will feel an overwhelming nostalgic shiver running up their spines.

oh the memories of playing the demo of this game for hours :P

SilentNegotiator5377d ago

Lots of nostalgia here, but I'm sure the game doesn't hold up these days.

I don't care what anyone says, this game was fun as hell when it first came out

TGL Retro Review: Fighting Force

TheGamingLiberty.com:

"During development Fighting Force was originally intended to be Streets of Rage 4. Despite it being re-worked into a new IP it still retains some of what made Streets of Rage great but walks a tightrope when presenting that action on a 3D plane which tends to make game play a little sluggish."
