Vgchartz is reporting that the Conduit has had a decent opening week for Wii, selling roughly 100,000 units.

There’s a consensus about Splatoon 1 that cannot be disputed: motion controls are the way to play. The Wii U Gamepad had its many problems on the system as a whole, but along with the way in which the touch screen was implemented in the first game like I mentioned in my last piece, using the Gamepad’s gyroscope was deemed a superior way to play compared to traditional joystick control.

Rustyshell.com: The Conduit strived to be the quality FPS experience Wii owners were missing out on, with quality graphics and a robust online multiplayer component.

Hardcore Gamer: The Conduit was an interesting first-person shooter that sneaked its way onto the Wii amid a deluge of shovelware and "family" games.
I'm not being rude, just asking. Is it a relative term to say it is a hit? 100,000 is a decent number but later int he article they make the claim that 300,000 lifetime sales for a game ont he Wii is a hit for a new i.p.
I was always told that for a game to be a hit, about 500,000 copies had to be sold. Is this not true? Especially for a console with over 50,000,000 units sold?
It bums me out that FPS's cannot break into the Wii. I personally do not like the controls but you would think that other titles outside of Metroid and the like could at least sell similarly and do much better than this.
Oh VGchartz is reporting this...so it must be true then, laf...
this is vgchartz dont make me laff
If it was a ps3 or 360 game the sales would be pathetic
