Today, the 30th of June, the Driver series blows out 10 candles. During the past years, several Driver games were released including, Driver: You Are the Wheelman, Driver 2: Back on the Streets, Driv3r, Driver: Parallel Lines, Driver: Vegas, Driver 76 and Driver: LA Undercover. Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.
they should know that we are OG fans of VIII as it sold truckload as well. not as much as VII or X. I personally didn't like IX but X and VI are my personal fav.
Shadow Hearts 2 covenant is another game I love. I hope one day someone can make remake, I would be delighted

Surely due another revival? Maybe as a stripped down PSN/XBLA title so there isn't too much pressure for it to sell a squajillion units. The last game succumbed to hype and inflated industry expectations something awful.
No better example of over ambition, bad management, greed and terribly publishing that the Driver series. Loved 1 & 2. Driv3r made me LOL that anyone thought it could be released. FAIL ever since
Actually Stuntman(first one) nailed the driving, where the later Driv3r and Driver parallel line had the driving physics tweeked to much.

Anyway hope there will be a new one,just dont make the GTAIV AI. cant do handbreak turns and have to almost stop to make a turn unlees its a scripted carchase where AI. is glued to the road wich ruining the driving totally s**t...
