NextGen Player writes:

"Good Saturday NextGen Player readers. I'm actually sitting inside on this fine summer day so that I could put forth another edition of our Mind Games feature. This is where we turn the stage over to you the reader and let you speak your mind.

For this week's segment, I want to pose the following question.

But people like above buy it because it has a good library they want and can play movies. But once you get through the library, that's it.

Bring on the PSP2 Sony. If it has PS2 emulation at launch I'll pay $300 for it.

but now people want new ways to play games.

With marketing and a low price tag, you can easily fool consumers into buying anything. People have become very stupid when it comes to buying products.

When it comes down to it though, the PSP brand as a whole is often overlooked because of a complete absence of marketing. And when there happens to be some commercialization, the ads are often terrible when it comes to attracting a broad audience. I enjoy the TV spots, but I can see the next guy beig baffled by one of them.

But then again, I never see too many DS ads, yet the things fly off the shelves. You're totally right though about the price.

If you ask me the psp can last a while.

I still have one of the original launch psps (yeah I jumped on the bandwagon for both the ps3 and the psp) and I still use it daily. Either for games, browsing the internet when my computer isn't on, or for listening to internet radio. (works really well).

Hell I even found some emulators on the psp.
