From Gamerlimit.com,
Don't get me wrong, when I see an amazing gameplay video or hear about a sequel to one of my favourite games I tend to salivate, Pavlov's dog style, at the mere thought of being able to experience a triple A title.
However I am also aware, that even with the most tried and tested formulas there is room for something to go wrong. So while it's ok to get a little excited, be careful that you don't find yourself on board the hype train.

It's important in life to maintain a broad palette when it comes to culture and the arts. Hideo Kojima agrees, as he continues to use video games like Death Stranding to introduce people to music and other elements they might not otherwise discover.

Mojang has partnered with Merlin Entertainments to build the world's first Minecraft theme park in the UK.

A three-episode live-action adaptation of the first two Yakuza video games will debut Tuesday, March 17 exclusively IGN. Each episode is about an hour long and will stream on IGN.com and IGN’s YouTube channel.
I completely agree with this article. Sometimes it's just so hard not to get caught up in all the buzz surrounding new games.
And then when they turn out to be terrible everyone acts all suprised
Whats the problem with hype?
Hype is Hype. You either fall for it or you dont. either way its up to you to decide how involved you want to be in it.
personaly, I like hyping games that im interested in. ive been doing it for years and im not gonna relax just because the gamerlimit wants to be the first to make a statement that we all have already talked about while they ponder what were interested in to give thier site a hit.
On board the hype train? be careful?
Screw that! I say all aboard my LOCO-MOTION CHOO CHOO !
