A PERSONAL trainer is helping couch-potatoes to battle the bulge - by playing video games.

Zander Urquhart, 32, is thought to be the first fitness expert to adopt the Nintendo Wii as an exercise machine.

Four people at a time can exercise using theWii's unique motion-sensitive controller to mimic a tennis racket, baseball bat, golf club or boxing gloves.

University studies suggest players can burn 125 calories during a 15-minute session.

I'm too lazy to get out of bad playing a Wii. Why do I need to break my arms and legs just to play some silly games. I had planty of excersice already with my fingers.

At first I was like, No Code Veronica on the list!? But then I seen Mainline. The list checks out, but I would personally put 2 over 4.

I'll take 2 over 4 also. And even without a number, I don't see how Code Veronica, my other favorite in the franchise, isn't mainline when it's the actual sequel to RE2.
