I hate the look of this game. I'm a huge DB fan, and I loved the cell shaded look of Tenkaichi 2 and 3. What the heck is this? The shading is more realistic, I suppose. But now it just looks like a poorly made imitation.

DBZ is very overrated and after watching the frezia saga again last week i am 100% sure of it.

the games haven't really evolved much like the show, see the next transformation was more important that the story so let it rest and bring out a new yu yu hakusho game.

Let cyber connect 2 handle it. Ultimate ninja storm 2 looks amazing, I wonder if they could breath new life into the dbz franchise.

DBZ is overated, now animes like Claymore, Darker than Black, and Death Note, those are GOOD animes.

Like the idea of an open world action game. Incorporate the same characters (and maybe some new) into an open world and it will go a long way.

i would love a dragon ball z dragon ball rpg or maybe some dragonball z alternate universe or some thing,a Bardock game would own.

Fast action, ability to control where you want to go more fluidly in a 3D environment, enable different attacks and combos for locked on mode and non locked on mode.

The best DBZ Game I have played would have to be Burst Limit to be honest. You can't really create a new story for DBZ, so it is primarily stuck as an Arena Fighter type of game... Well, for the most part, that is true, however, it is possible that they could make a cooperative game with RPG Elements as well as the Arena Fighting. Combine both of the old game types together. Add in side story RPG elements... Ability to select which part of the series you would like to do, be it using Vegeta and Nappa on the grasshopper planet, or some other part. Have unique insane AI behavior and have the ability to create your own combos... As in, right hook, left straight, Kao Loi, or various other types of physical attacks. The same goes with beam attacks. Limiting the choices is a bad thing to do in the DBZ Universe because it wasn't originally created to be limited, it was created to show how expansive the creative mind could be.

If they made the bosses and enemies in cooperative mode actually difficult, like how they struggled in the anime, maybe, just maybe, it would be really good. They also need to make a better sense of how explosions and such work... Have a landscape that can be blown apart to a large degree. (Don't say it cannot be done because this was done long ago for Playstation on a game called Red Faction, but it was still limited)

The ability to combine an Arena Fighter with an RPG would go a long ways... Especially if the Arena Fighting was based off of your Campaign characters level, or if you wanted, to just use the base character with your own customizations to attack combos... If the Arena portion was on a separate disc than the rest as well, they could add even more to it.

I like to put Dragon Ball Z games on my nightstand next to my bed to ensure I keep my V-Card.
