Earthrise: First Impact is a revived apocalyptic scifi MMORPG project that SilentFuture picked up after the closure of Earthrise in 2012. The developer has been working hard at the game, with an alpha version of the MMORPG well on its way – much to fans delight.

Earthrise is an upcoming post-apocalyptic sandbox MMORPG that almost didn’t make it, luckily German developer SilentFuture UG revived the highly-anticipated project. Now, the time some fans have been waiting for – Closed Beta sign ups have begun.

The closed alpha stage ONE of Earthrise has officially started. SilentFuture revamped many of the systems used in Earthrise and focused on fundamental factors such as network and server performance. A new network layer was implemented and the Flash based GUI was replaced with a HTML5 one, that enables the players to customize their HUD and implement own functionality.
