
Jumpgate Evolution continues its march to launch. NetDevil's MMO is currently in its friends and families beta test, but it's looking pretty good right now. Of course there's still balancing and tuning to do, but from a visual standpoint it looks good. Imagine a battle with 150 other players split into three teams. Each team is trying to destroy the other teams' capital ships while defending its own. This results in some pretty epic dogfights.

LEGO Universe developer NetDevil has apparently laid off a large number of staff, with stories already circulating that the company has been closed.
GamePron is still searching for an official statement from NetDevil or parent company Gazillion, but studio founder and former president Scott Brown has called out to his former colleagues via social media.
