The truth is that the combat complexity demonstrated by Dana White's league of fighters means that any developer who takes on the franchise better be ready to put in the work. Fortunately it seems like Yuke's have gone to camp, drank their protein shakes and sparred with the best. 'UFC 2009 Undisputed' is, without doubt, the best game that the company has ever put their name on."
The Good
* Wonderful fighting mechanics with spot-on collision detection. Best 'real fighting' engine ever.
* Excellent presentation throughout with brilliant looking fighters although commentary on the ground-game lacks.
* Great selection of fighters with signature moves offering a great variety of tactical options.
The Bad
* The create-a-fighter doesn't currently support a whole lot of variation or offer many options. The UFC is meant to be where all sorts of fighters can come to compete.
* The career mode is decent but it's blatantly obvious where it could be improved.
* An arcade mode would have been cool.
The Ugly
* Getting choked out after a failed transition.

MMA is one of the most intense and exciting sports to watch, but notoriously violent. For those not up to the intense dedication and training that learning MMA take, PS3 and Xbox offer a number of games which are the next best thing.

"Game development is a slow, sluggish process. But when a game is made, most of the time it’s made with love and care and a lot of effort. So it’s not nice to see good games go by almost unnoticed. I’ve decided to compile a list of the five best fairly recent underrated games that went unnoticed when released."
I did not/ do not understand why so many people liked blur i thought it was not very good as for the others i cant say anything. though i was hoping MAG would of been on the list was playing it last night nice to see there is still a community playing the game after so long and despite its lack of reception!
Blur was good. The point is it was hard, some people does not have the guts, patience or skill to keep up. It was a Bizarre game, you have to be skilled

THQ has lost one of its best franchises. Heres a look back at UFC Undisputed!
EA needs to be up in court on anti competitive charges, this being another in a long line of sh*t they pull. The worst though is the crap they pull with football, I mean making sure no one else can make a deal with the clubs is complete BS.
All I have to say is I called it & it is for the better, can't wait to play it !!!
