Flytrap Games has published a pictoral preview of Fat Princess, a cell-shaded hack and slasher for PlayStation Network:
"It's a fast-paced hack and slash game with a taste for team tactics, splashy cartoon violence and, um, cake. Besides the single player campaign, there are four different online multiplayer modes for up to 32 players (16 a side).
We've been putting a pre-release copy through its paces, and trust us - if you live anywhere near a PS3 you'll want to keep an eye on this one. The game will be available on the PlayStation Network (for a budget price, if the current line-up's any indication) this summer.
The following gallery preview should give you a taste of the medieval chaos in store. It focusses on the most interesting of the game's modes, Rescue the Princess - think Capture the Flag, but swap the flag for a lazy, gluttonous aristocrat."

A few details have been revealed for the newly released Stubbins Fat Princess Plush.
