Very useful to have so I know when to tune in for the press conferences. Anybody know what the time difference is between LA and Miami?

WildArmed6187d ago (Edited 6187d ago )

its 3 hour difference.

I can't wait!
Gonna tune into MS n Sony.
Nintendo haven't been so promising with their E3 reveals n so on

I'm expecting some COD6 exclusive DLC (atleast timed exclusive) from either MS or Sony.
I mean, I wouldnt be surprised. Not expecting.

Console's Superbowl Soon!

-MD-6186d ago

Why would somebody disagree with you? Sometimes I wonder how this site stays on the web.

ShabzS6187d ago

hope somebody has a stream preped and ready of anything e3 at justin.tv

II Necroplasm II6186d ago

I heard IGN will have a live stream.

BiggCMan6186d ago

yes ign.com will have a live stream going for the conferences like last year, its awesome.

Wolf8736187d ago

why is it that MS gets the whole one day to themselves while Nintendo and Sony has to share? It happened last time, but is it got to do with who has the most to show?

- Ghost of Sparta -6187d ago (Edited 6187d ago )

They can't get the whole day to themselves, even if they tried. Too many other developers / publishers will be there on the same day. Thing is, Microsoft's idea of "stealing a show" is to go first, announce something everyone saw coming, and then brag about it after. Sony usually has the most to announce. They don't need to go first, as they're not worried about the competition.

Also; alphabetical order. M, N, S.

clinker6187d ago

I'm wondering about this too: is it better to go first, or to go last?

I think in this case first is better, because if Microsoft unveils motion controls on the Xbox 360, then Sony's presser will seem less exciting.

MajesticBeast6186d ago (Edited 6186d ago )

Im sorry not impressed by that motion camera when sony has alrdy shown that insane tech demo with the fish tank not to mention with the little creature. If sony announces psp go or something i will be happy some more uncharted gameplay or Jaffe coming on stage saying f*ck you all and here is the trailer for twisted metal for the ps3. I also find it funny that 360 *fans* think 2009 begins after e3 instead of in january.

-MD-6186d ago

2009 begins when a decent game releases.

BiggCMan6186d ago

2009 began on january 1st just to let u know haha. just playin with u.

MetalGearBear 6186d ago

Sony is last.
Good Sign. PS3 go win in E3. LOL

Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.

They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.

solideagle4d ago

they should know that we are OG fans of VIII as it sold truckload as well. not as much as VII or X. I personally didn't like IX but X and VI are my personal fav.

Shadow Hearts 2 covenant is another game I love. I hope one day someone can make remake, I would be delighted

Final Fantasy VIII is great and you are always the first to defend it in the comments

Why the Wii is Such a Nostalgic System in 2026

The Wii is now a retro console. Let’s get nostalgic about an often maligned system.

Crazy to think the WII is to the Switch 2, as the NES was to the WII back then. 20 Year difference.

jznrpg10d ago

My wife asks me to bust it out (heh) everyone once in a while to play bowling and tennis with the kids. There was a ton of slop on it but some good stuff as well.

Smellsforfree10d ago

Wii was great but boy howdy did it cause Microsoft to go on a dark walk with the Kinect and the disastrous XBox One launch that they arguably never recovered from.

Loktai10d ago

Not nostalgic for me.. I was there.. anyone who wasnt a little kid realized it was a gamecube with shit tacked onto it, it was the "joke" system and was well below even the switch in terms of comparing it to the latest machines at the time. The machine was well loved by young people and "casual gamers" who now remember it 20 years on, or in most cases more of its sales came in the 15-20 years ago range not right at launch- but again its not nostalgic for people who were "gamers" then really, just for those who ended up with one in their house, the games , graphics, interface and online features were archaic already in 2006.

"Gaming’s Biggest Fighting Franchise"

Press X to (seriously) doubt.

DarXyde11d ago

Underrated comment. I used to hate that game so much that any time my siblings asked me to play it, I just picked Hom and shut myself down mid-match.

Soy11d ago

And then MK1 killed it again.

DivineHand12511d ago (Edited 11d ago )

15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
