We know from just what we here at Massively experienced, the game is certainly doing far better than it fared at launch. But to get back to the point of this column, today we're bringing you a lovely cliff-side image from Age of Conan sent in to us by Brenden M. He didn't send in anything aside from this great image, so we'll have to rely on our imaginations to figure out what this spot is for. Hyborian hangliding? Cliff diving? Maybe this is where they play their favorite impromptu game "Bounce the Pict" - drop your Pictish enemies off the cliff and see how far they bounce when they hit bottom. Furthest bounce wins!"
Funcom’s freemium sword and sorcery MMORPG Age of Conan has received a large new update, available now automatically for those who have the game installed. The patch introduces the House of Crom, an ancient temple built by the Atlanteans and made up of two large dungeons. The largest indoor dungeons created to date the developers claim. There’s plenty of other good stuff in there including improvements, tweaks and bug fixes as well.
Paradox Entertainment and Funcom have announced the production of the first episode of Age of Conan Hyboria! which is a comedy web based series based in the Conan universe featuring Mike Fasolo of Robot Chicken fame.
Part Three: Patience and Discipline
And so it begins anew. That’s what I was thinking when I first defeated Po-Sha in the Kang Pagoda. If you haven’t yet defeated him, I urge you to do so at your earliest convenience, and to use our guide, found here, when you do. Po-Sha is the first boss encounter in Khitai, and in defeating him, I found that a familiar cycle had begun; that a new chapter was opened in my journey through Hyboria, and that many chapters lay ahead. I was eager to see those next chapters, as I’m sure you are too, so let’s get right to it.
