PM: Bit.Trip Beat Review

"So many different and new games are released throughout the year that when something retro and unique comes around I get excited. There's not enough of them. A lot of the time these hopes are dashed in by a bland presentation or mechanics that fail to impress. Every once in a while though a really good new-classic comes along that shouldn't be passed up. A few years back the retro games on everyone's mind was the GBA's bit Generations series, and more recently Pac-Man Championship Edition. This year it has to be Bit.Trip Beat. Hopefully the other Bit.Trip games that Gaijin Games has planned will be just as good."
