MacBooks Getting 3G Wireless?

Chris Iaquinta writes for IGN:

"Are you interested in a life full of blue polo shirts, static white working environments and mind-numbing employee synergy? Then Apple is looking for you! The company has posted a new job opportunity through their main website, calling out for enthusiastic young bucks that would be interested in becoming a Communications QA Engineer. While the title itself couldn't possibly sound less exciting, details in the job description may have confirmed a new MacBook feature that up until now had just been a rumor.

Last week, PC World talked up some speculation that the new summer MacBooks would be getting a 3G wireless update, but the rumor thus far has gone unconfirmed. However, the latest job posting at the Apple site states that the Communications QA Engineer will be "testing and reporting hardware, software, and device driver bugs for Communications technologies including Airport, Bluetooth v2.0, gigabit Ethernet, and/or 3G Wireless WAN in a detailed timely manner".

3G Wireless WAN? Hmm, very interesting Mr. Bond. The job opportunity was posted in the Mac Hardware Group section, which rules out the chances that this position has anything to do with iPhones/iPods. So are we looking at future technology that'll go into the existing line of MacBook laptops, or could this be a glimpse at the hotness that may come from something new, like maybe say a Mac-based tablet?

We'll monitor the situation closely, but in the meantime, if you're interested in that job at Apple yourself, you can check it out at their website.

Pawnbroker Simulator review - ChristCenteredGamer

CCG writes - "Despite my complaints about the music, graphics, and inspection mechanics, I had a lot of fun with Pawnbroker Simulator. It scratches the itch of running a store and making money buying and selling all sorts of interesting things. While I personally prefer the mechanics available in something like Supermarket Simulator more, I still think Pawnbroker Simulator has a lot of good going for it. The game is still being actively worked on, with console ports also on the way. If store management simulator games are something you enjoy, there's enough different here from the competition to make it worth your while."

Really loved the preview, and enjoyed seeing what you had to say about it as well!

On another note, the article mentions posting the video once you are allowed to—were you given a different embargo date for it? We were simply told the article and video footage were restricted until 8:00 AM Central Time.
