PLZ... Could someone tell me why capcom is doing re-makes of the resident evil series ONLY for the crappy Nintendo???
For f#ck sake... first they did it to the gamecube---> thats ok BUT now their doing it for the Wii too???.
WHY??? JUST WHY??? its not fare... We (ps3-xbox360 owners) deserve some attention too...

What the F#ck are you thinking Capcom???

oh yeah they are just sooo ignoring the ps3 and the 360

anyways who the heck approved this? i bet this even isn't real because all i see is screens for freaking RE1 man they got my hopes up :[

The original RE3 wasn't that good.

Most gamers put it below the other RE's in their personal rankings.

Gamers seem split between RE2 & RE4 as the best, and RE1 is the original that started it all.

It could probably beat RE5 though... Even though I personally love RE5, many feel the Resident Evil franchise became Resident Action with this game.

It will be interesting to see the direction Capcom takes the RE3 remake in.

...if it's only for the Wii because it will sell poorly. If I were in a position in Capcom to make the decision I'd still make the remake for the Wii remake but would include DL only versions for Live, PSN, and Steam.

I didn't stick around to fight him, I ran. LOL

The screens aren't from RE3. They are from the GC remake of RE1 which is getting re-released on the Wii in the US this summer. Chris Redfield alone should tip you off if the Jill Valentine S.T.A.R.S. outfit didn't.

Wow, that was a major letdown...I've been hoping for a RE2 or 3 remake for a while now and was happy to see the headline. Too bad it's a complete error.

With the rumors going around about motion controls for the 360/PS3, I would love to see a remake of the older Resident Evil games with RE5 graphics to go along with WiiMote-like controls.

Since Capcom's into remakes lately, they should remake Rival Schools in PS3/360 graphics. I would kill for that. Or maybe they're stepping up a notch and are currently making the true next-gen Rival Schools. Oh........ how bad@ss that would be.

The only new thing they would add to the franchise is either a new RE:4/5 or a one of the rails shooters.

Dreamcast towards the end of its life cycle had nothing but sharper ports with no add-ons, which help killed the Dreamcast. Now we have the Wii doing the same thing, but it does not have a similar fate as the Dreamcast. The Wii is being plague by ports at the moment!!! we need more new Wii games that are actually good.

Those are the RE-remake screens. I want devs to stop with remakes already, can we just get new games. Turtles in time, MvC2, and now RE3??
Come on, they are screwing with the real hardcores that had these games for years.

Ok, not to be a totall douchebag, but:
What you are saying is totally arrogant and selfish.

Remakes are not made with the priority to please the "fans", its meant to keep the franchise known for newcomers or for those who missed out when it originally came out.
(ORRR some "kids" just can't handle the awesomeness that was pixelart...=( ).

I'm not trying to be a jackass, but "hardcore" gamers always think its about them.
Again, remakes are NOT made with the priority to please the fans.

(and yes there are some "remakes" because of demanding "fans", however the Resident evil has done it to many times to actually claim its "fan service".

Eh lets leave this to the Wii..they deserve it anyway.
We (meaning 360 & PS3 owners have had so many non-wii titles so, its coo.

But at the same time I wish Nintendo wouldnt had been so far behind, meaning in technology, (with the exception motion controlling), if their console would had the graphical power the PS3 and 360 have this wouldnt had been a Wii exclusive remake.

I would actually buy Wii to play this game with better graphics and physics..

The old Resident Evil games were the best.

Capcom destroyed the franchise by adding the parasite thing in RE4 and RE5.. its no longer a survival horror and a zombie game..

RE5 is about sick people, not zombies..

Where are all the puzzles gone as well ??

Ha ha, I had my hopes up too, especially with Bioshock using a nemesis style Big Siter throughout the game, it would have been good to see the originally spruced up in a similar way. Ah well, role on Bioshock 2, and Dead Space 2.
