Erstwhile video games strategy chief joins European office of iPhone firm after 15 years at Microsoft

The popular exec leaves his role as senior director of business, insights and strategy for Xbox, where he reported in to European VP of the firm's interactive entertainment, Chris Lewis.

This hints that Apple's going to keep pushing the iPhone platform very, very hard for gaming (and, maybe, an attempt to reboot the apple tv for gaming, which I don't think would be a great idea). Personally I don't see the iPhone/iPod Touch as a gaming platform at the moment, but Apple clearly really wants to turn that perception around.
