Sadly, there's no multiplayer with Dr. Mario Express. There is a scoreboard, but it's local scores only. Furthermore, you don't have the option to take on a friend in Versus. Had Nintendo included this option, there's no doubt that this would've been an absolute must-download for every DSi owner. Without it, it may seem a little shallow for some players, even for a $5 game.
Nevertheless, if you're a fan of puzzle games and want to treat your DSi (and yourself) to something fun for both quick and lengthy sessions, Dr. Mario Express is worth the prescription.

Hey, there's a new Dr. Mario game! But perhaps people would be more interested in checking out the classic gameplay than its mobile spinoff? Here are the Dr. Mario games to play.

Club Nintendo does have some cool rewards, but the items are highly subjective. Unless you’re 12 or into stickers, posters, and other Nintendo-related swag, you haven’t been able to spend your hard-earned Nintendo coins on many actual games.
That's all changed now though.

Club Nintendo used to suck, but now the big N is giving away free games and your hard earned coins finally have a practical purpose.
Personally I think it's great.the amount of "free" stuff I've acquired over the years from them is immense. It's pretty cool merchandise too.
I say "free" because I have spent a lot of money on the Nintendo products the coins came from.
