CHOTA, the Children of the Apocalypse, is an assemblage of fierce but relatively disorganized tribes. The militaristic Enforcers believe in the rule of law, while the mystical Lightbearers espouse healing and moderation. The Techs are the most familiar with technology, the Travelers are clever traders, and the Vistas are farmers and ranchers in close touch with the environment.
